| 摘 要： | 目的探讨耻骨后前列腺癌根治术手术技巧及改进,减少手术并发症。方法对16例前列腺癌患者进行耻骨后前列腺癌根治术。结果16例患者手术顺利,平均手术时间3.5h,术中平均出血量700ml,术中无直肠损伤者。术后尿瘘1例,尿道狭窄1例,无尿失禁。结论有效控制背深静脉丛,精细解剖前列腺尖部,保护尿控神经,以及良好的尿道膀胱吻合术能有效地减少手术并发症。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To reduce the complications of radical retropubic prostatectomy.Methods 16 patients with prostate cancer were performed by radical retropubic prostatectomy.Results The average operative time was 3.5 hours,the average blood loss was 700ml,non rectal injury and urinary incontinence,took place but 1 case with urinary leakage and 1 case with urethral obstucture.Conclusion During the operation,effective controlling of the santorini's veins,precise dissecting anatomic ally the retropubic prostate,protecting the urinary innervation and pefect cysto-urethral anastomosis,can reduce the complications. |
