摘    要:目的:评价运用AutodelFIA(全自动时间分辨荧光免疫分析)检测FT3、FT4对于甲状腺功能的评估价值,以及与其它免疫分析技术的比较.方法:用RIA法测定TT3、TT4,用AutodelFIA法测定FT3、FT4.结果:运用AutodelFIA检测FT3、FT4在正常人、甲亢病人、甲低病人,其灵敏度,特异性均优于用RIA法检测TT3、TT4.结论:通过本实验,可认为AutodelFIA测定甲状腺激素可以替代放射免疫分析法测定评估甲状腺功能,对放射免疫法形成极大的挑战,有着广泛的临床应用前景.

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the clinical application of using AutodelFIA to measure serum content of free thyroxine and free triiodothyronine in thyroid function determination and compare with RIA. Methods: RIA was used to measure the content of TT 3 and TT 4 in serum AutodelFIA was used to measure FT 3 and FT 4 in serum. Results: FIA measuring thyroid hormone can fully differentiate healthy people from hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism. Conclusions: Fluoroimmunoassay in measuring thyroid hormone is superior to Radioimmunoassay.
