| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索注射液对慢性支气管炎的治疗作用。方法:186例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组接受盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗,对照组口服溴已新片。结果:治疗组在改善咳嗽、咳痰等方面有效率达94.3%,明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:盐酸氨溴索注射液不失为一种疗效确切的祛痰剂。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of mucosolvan in treatment patients with chronic bronchitis.Method:One hundred and eighty six patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into controlled group and treated group.The treated groug was used mucosolvan and the controlled group was used bromhexine.Result:After used mucosolvan 94.3% of patients had removed spu- tum and cough.The efficacy rate of treated group was significantly better than that of the controlled group.Conclusion:Mucosolvan for injection is an efficacious expectorant. |
