Clinical Observation of Small Incision Non - Phacoemulsification Cataract Extraction Combined with IOL Implantation

Objective：To investigate the effect and character- istics of non - phacoemulsification with small incision in cataract surgery. Methods：Tbe clinical data of cataract surgery with small incision non - phacoemulsification and IOL implantation carried out in 1O0eyes of 100 patients were retrospectively reviewed and ana- lyzed. Results：By the lth pastoperative day,the corrected vision of 0. 3 or better was 55 eyes（55% ） ;After 1 week,the corrected vision of 0. 3 or better was 86 eyes （86%） ; After 1 month, the corrected vision of 0. 3 or better was 90 eyes（90% ）. The rupure of posterior capsule was main operative complication,psstoperation was corneal endothelial opacity. Conclusion：Tile small incision non- phaco- emulsification cataract extraction combined with IOL implantation can effectively enhance the vision.It is a kind of safe. economic, simple and effective treatment for cataract surgery.
