Clinical Experience of Chief Physician Zeng Lingzhi in Treating Advanced Lung Cancer

Objective To summarize the clinical experience of Chief Physician Zeng Lingzhi in the treatment of advanced lung cancer.Methods Through learning from clinical teachers,collecting and sorting out the relevant cases and data,this paper introduces the clinical experience of chief physician Zeng Lingzhi from the aspects of etiology,pathogenesis,staging and syndrome differentiation of advanced lung cancer.One case was cited to prove it.Results According to Zeng Lingzhi,deficiency of both lung qi and yin is the main cause and pathogenesis of lung cancer,and heat toxin,phlegm and blood stasis are the main pathological links.The treatment principle of supplementing qi and nourishing yin,clearing heat,resolving phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis was formulated.The curative effect of Shashen Maidong decoction in the treatment of advanced lung cancer is remarkable.Conclusion Chief Physician Zeng Lingzhi applying Shashen Maidong decoction in the treatment of advanced lung cancer can achieve good results,which is worthy of further research and promotion.
