寒证脉象刍议

寒证为临床的基础证和常见证,多因外感寒邪或阳气不足所致。寒证有外寒、内寒之分,伤寒、中寒之别,亦有表里、虚实之类,临床可见表寒证、里寒证、实寒证、虚寒证。中医证的核心是“病机”,脉象是揭示病机最有力的工具,“辨脉论治”之说亦不为过。然寒证的主脉,教材中多言迟脉,亦可见紧脉、牢脉、微脉、弱脉等,笔者从文献出发,结合临床,认为寒证的脉象不仅限于此,数脉、弦脉、细脉、沉脉亦可主寒证,临证中应加以体会和辨识。

Discussion on the Pulse Condition of Cold Syndrome

Cold syndrome is one of the common basic syndromes in clinical practice,which is mainly caused by the deficiency of cold pathogen or yang qi.Cold syndrome is cold,cold,typhoid,cold,also have the inside and outside,such as deficiency,clinical visible cold syndrome,cold syndrome,cold syndrome,cold syndrome.The teaching materials of the main veins of cold syndrome contain many words about the late veins,as well as the tight veins,fast veins,micro veins and weak veins,etc..Based on the literature and combined with the clinical experience,the author believes that the pulse condition of cold syndrome is not limited to this.
