真空负压封闭引流结合外固定支架治疗小腿骨折并骨筋膜室综合征21例疗效观察

目的:探讨真空负压封闭引流结合外固定支架在小腿骨折并骨筋膜室综合征患者中的效果分析。方法:选择2018年10月-2019年11月接受真空负压封闭引流结合外固定支架治疗的患者21例作为研究对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=11)和观察组(n=10)。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合真空负压封闭引流结合外固定支架干预治疗,治疗后对患者效果进行评估,比较2组患者住院时间、换药时间、2期创面修复时间,术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组治疗后住院时间、换药时间、2期创面修复时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);经过治疗后,观察组患者关节肿痛、创面水肿、骨髓炎发生情况均低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:将真空负压封闭引流结合外固定支架用于治疗小腿骨折并骨筋膜室综合征患者,有效减少患者住院时间、换药时间、2期创面修复时间,减少患者治疗过程中的患者关节肿痛、创面水肿、骨髄炎发生情况,值得推广应用。

Observation on the Eefficacy of Vacuum Negative Pressure Closure Drainage Combined with External Fixation Stent in the Treatment of 21 Cases of Calf Fracture with Compartment Syndrome

Objective:To investigate the effect of vacuum negative pressure closure drainage combined with external fixation in patients with crus fracture and compartment syndrome.Methods:From October 2018 to November 2019,21 patients who received vacuum negative pressure drainage combined with external fixation stent were selected as the study objects.The random number table was divided into the control group(n=11)and the observation group(n=10).The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received vacuum negative pressure closure and drainage combined with external fixation stent intervention on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the effect of the patients was evaluated,and the hospitalization time,dressing change time,second-stage wound repair time and postoperative complication rate of the two groups were compared.Result:The hospital stay,dressing change time and second-stage wound repair time of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of joint swelling and pain,wound edema and osteomyelitis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vacuum negative pressure closure drainage combined with external fixation stent can be used in the treatment of patients with crus fracture and osteofascial compartment syndrome.It can effectively reduce the hospital tim e,dressing change time and second-stage wound repair time of patients,and reduce the occurrence of joint swelling,wound edema and osteomyelitis in the treatment of patients.Therefore,it is worthy of promotion and application.
