Application of Negative Pressure Sealing Drainage Technique in the Treatment of Dog Bite

Objective:To investigate the application of negative pressure sealing drainage technique in the treatment of dog bite.Methods:To adopt effective in May 2016 to come to a hospital to see a doctor in April2019 in 76 patients bitten by dogs,based on the monte carlo random algorithm can be divided into control group(n=38)and observation group(n=38),the control group treated with conventional,observation group takes the negative pressure drainage method,compared two groups of patients with CRP index and infection rate and treatment time.Result:The second stage suture time and the incidence of wound infection in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The second stage suture time and the incidence of wound infection in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the application of negative pressure closure drainage can shorten the long-term exposure time of the wound of patients bitten by dogs,reduce the incidence of repeated infection,provide a shorter time for secondary suture,and effectively shorten the treatment cycle.
