摘    要:目的]探讨GMC投视测量仪对臀肌挛缩症临床诊断方法选择的指导价值。方法]对40例GMC患者分别用评分方法A、B和c评分并分级,A方法用GMC投视测量仪进行功能测量;术中取出挛缩组织和30块同龄正常人骨骼肌行HE染色、Masson染色。计算机图像分析系统对Masson染色切片进行胶原相对含量测定,采用单因素方差分析、直线相关分析和两样本t检验进行统计分析。结果]1、病理组与对照组胶原相对含量差异有显著性(t=15.808,P<0.01)。2、三种评分标准评出的组间胶原相对含量差异均有显著性(P< 0.01)。评分方法A和B评分和胶原相对含量都成正的直线相关,rA=0.939和rB=0.823。结论]GMC投视测量仪对患者功能的测量简捷、精确,有较高的应用价值;评分方法A全面、精细,有实用价值,可初步估计胶原相对含量。

Abstract:Objective] To explore the guidance value of the GMC projected measurement instrument as a tool for the selection of clinical diagnosis method for gluteal muscle contracture. Methods] A total of 40 cases (80 hips) were graded by three lands of score: score A (projected measuremenl instrument), score B (Yu) and score C (Chen), the GMC projected measurement instrument was used in score A to measure the angles. Fibrosis tissues was taken during operation as experiment group and 30 cases of normal skeletal muscles were taken as control group. HE staining, Masson staining were used to study the histology. The collagen relative contents (the ratio of collagen to muscle) were measured by image analysis system. Single factor analysis of variance, linear correlation and t-test were used to analyze the result. Results] The relative collagen content of the two groups were statistically different (t = 15.808, P<0.01). The relative contents of two group graded by three scores were statistically different (P<0.01), all of the points of score A and score B had linear correlation with the relative collagen content. The coefficient of correlation were rA = 0.939 ( P < 0.01) and rB = 0.823 ( P < 0.01) . Conclusion] The GMC projected measurement instrument is simple, concise, convenient and has practical value. The score A includes many aspects, which is precise and effective. We can estimate the relative collagen content by this method.
