101例胃癌腹腔脱落癌细胞危险因素分析

目的：分析胃癌腹腔脱落癌细胞的危险因素。方法收集本科2011年1月-2013年6月收治的101例胃癌患者术中腹腔脱落细胞检测结果,数据结果采用Kruskal-Wallis分析。结果101例患者中27例腹腔灌洗液细胞学检测（PLC）阳性结果,经过Kruskal-Wallis检验分析, T4、N3、低分化腺癌引起腹腔脱落癌细胞风险最大, P值分别〈0.01；〈0.01；0.017,差异具有统计学意义。结论胃癌随着肿瘤浸润程度的增加；腹腔转移淋巴结数量的增加及肿瘤分化程度的降低,腹腔脱落癌细胞风险增加。

Analysis of risk factors for exfoliative cancer cells in gastric cancer

Objective Analysis of risk factors for celiac exfoliative cancer cells in gastric cancer. Methods Collecting test results of 101 cases of gastric cancer patients with exfoliated cancer cells from January 2011 to June 2013, data results using Kruskal-Wallis analysis. Results Of 101 patients, 27 patients with peritoneal lavage fluid cytology （PLC） positive result, Kruskal-Wallis proven analytical, T4, N3, poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma arising from the abdominal cavity fall off highest cancer risk, p-values, respectively〈0.01;〈0.01;0.017, statistically.Conclusion As the degree of tumor infiltration of gastric cancer increases peritoneal metastatic lymph nodes of the increase in the number and degree of tumor differentiation of lower abdominal increased risk of exfoliative cancer cells.
