一次性根治术治疗直肠肛周脓肿疗效分析

目的探讨一次性根治术在治疗肛周脓肿上的疗效,为临床治疗提供科学依据。方法回顾性分析一次性根治术治疗68例直肠肛周脓肿的临床资料。结果治疗后,68名患者均在3—5周内痊愈,肛门括约肌功能恢复且无复发。结论肛周脓肿患者采用一次性根治术可以达到临床预期效果,对减少患者进行二次手术的痛苦以及经济上的负担具有重要意义,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Analysis on curative effect of disposable radical operation in treatment of perianorectal abscess

Objective To investigate the efficacy of disposable radical operation in treatment of perianorectal abscess to scientific basis for clinical treatment. Methods A retrospective analysis of 68 cases of primary radical treatment of rectal abscess with clinical data. Results After treatment, 68 patients were cured in 3 to 5 weeks, anal sphincter function recovery and no recurrence. Conclusion The patients with rectal abscess disposable radical surgery can be expected to achieve clinical effect on reducing the suffering of patients and economic burden is significant, it is worth further application in clinical practice.
