个案追踪检查法在护理质量管理中的应用

目的 研究个案追踪检查法在护理质量管理中的应用,了解和评价医院职能部门所制定的规章、制度、流程、质量与安全标准落实情况,为本院护理质量整体评估提供依据.方法 采用传统的质控方法结构式检查模式（对照组）和引进的个案追踪检查法（实验组）,同时间段对本院护理质量进行评价,评估两组护理质量综合得分、患者护理满意度.结果 经过比较分析,应用个案追踪检查方法的实验组护理质量综合得分明显高于应用传统质控方法检查的对照组,且实验组的护理满意度为96.2％,对照组护理满意度为91％,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 利用个案追踪检查法评估护理质量水平,充分体现了“以患者为中心”的服务理念,增加患者的护理满意度.

Application of the case tracking method in nursing quality management

Objective To study the case tracking method in the application of nursing quality management, understanding and evaluation of functional departments of the hospital rules and regulations, system, process, quality and safety standards to carry out the situation, provide the basis for nursing quality overall assessment. Methods Using the traditional quality control method for structured examination mode （control group） and the introduction of case tracking test （experimental group）, with period of nursing quality evaluation, evaluation of two groups of nursing quality, patient care satisfaction scores. Results Through the comparative analysis, the application of case method in the experimental group nursing quality comprehensive score significantly higher than the traditional quality control method is apptied to check the control group, experimental group and nursing satisfaction was 96.2%, the control of nursing satisfaction was 91%, the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using the case tracking method to evaluate nursing quality, fully embodies the ＂patient-centered＂ service concept, and increase patients satisfaction with nursing care.
