免疫荧光法与 Giemsa 氏法检测沙眼衣原体的比较

摘    要:本文用免疫荧光法与 Giemsa 氏法检测明显沙眼患者,两法阳性率相差无几。但在临床肉眼观察认为正常时,其阳性率分别为24.77%及11.58%(P<0.05),差异有显著意义,表明免疫荧光法检测早期沙眼较 Giemsa 氏法敏感。临床认为正常眼,经实验室检查25.56%为阳性,说明开展沙眼的实验室诊断是必要的。

Abstract:The sensitivities between immunofluorescence staining and Giemsa stainingto detect Chlamydia trachomatis were compared in 209 prominent cases(395eyes)diagnosed clinically.The positive rates in cases with advanced trachomawere 63.89% and 63.64% respectively.In 204 normal eyes examined with bareeyes,the positive rates of the two methods were 24.77% and 11.58%.It showedthat immunofluorescence staining was more sensitive than Giemsa staining indetecting early Stage trachoma(P<0.05).In the 46 patients(90 eyes)while bare-eye method diagnosed as normal 23 eyes(25.56%)revealed positive by thelaboratory method The article suggested that laboratory method could play animportant role in detection of trachoma.
