摘    要:
目的 采用低剂量辐射免疫兴奋效应的动物模型,探讨低剂量X射线照射对人大肠癌HCT-8细胞株细胞周期的影响.方法 采用流式细胞术(FCM)检测大肠癌细胞周期.结果 低剂量电离辐射照射后,大肠癌G0/G1期细胞百分数升高(P<0.05),S期细胞百分数降低(P<0.05),G2 M期细胞百分数升高(P<0.05).结论 低剂量电离辐射可抑制大肠癌细胞的DNA合成及增殖.

Abstract:
Objective In the present study we observed the effect of low dose radiation(LDR) on cell cycle of carcinoma of large intestine in human being.Methods The distribution in the phase of the cell cycle was analyzed by flow cytometry after staining of carcinoma cell of large intestine with propidium iodine(PI) with 0.075 Gy X-rays.Results It showed that the percentage of G0/G1 phase and G2 M phase of carcinoma cell of large intestine increased after irradiation(P<0.05),and mean while the percentage of S-phase of carcinoma cell of large intestine decreased after irradiation(P<0.05).Conclusions These results indicated that LDR could inhibit DNA synthesis of carcinoma cell of large intestine in human being.
