蓬灰对大鼠胰腺及糖代谢的影响

摘    要:
目的观察不同剂量蓬灰对正常SD雄性大鼠胰腺及糖代谢的影响。方法雄性SD大鼠60只,分别灌胃给予573、1 146、2 291 mg/kg蓬灰,对照组给予等量生理盐水,共饲养12周。饲养期间,监测空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)变化;于饲养12周龄时,取胰腺组织进行HE染色,观察胰腺组织的病理学改变。结果与对照组比较,实验组的FBG、FINS水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组胰腺HE染色显示血管扩张充血。结论蓬灰对正常雄性SD大鼠糖代谢可能无影响,但对胰腺会造成一定的损伤。

Effect of peng-hui on glucose-metabolic in normal male SD rats

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of peng-hui of different dose on glucose-metabolic in normal male SD rats.Methods 60 Male SD rats were respectively irrigated peng-hui of 573 mg /kg,1146 mg/kg,2291 mg/kg,and the rats were administrated equal amount saline in control group.The feeding time was maintained for 12 weeks.And fasting blood glucose(FBG) and fasting plasma insulin(FINS) were monitored during feedings,pancreas was taking for coloration of HE,then pathematology change was inspected.Results Compared with the control group,there were no differences in FBG and FINS among the experimental groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,HE staining showed pancreatic vascular dilatation and congestion in the experimental group.Conclusion There is no effect on peng-hui in the sugar metabolism in normal rats,but the pancreas may damage.
