酶联免疫吸附实验中和法检测乙肝表面抗原价值的探讨

[目的]通过酶联免疫吸附实验夹心法与中和法检测乙肝表面抗原的对比,探讨中和法在临床诊断中的应用价值。[方法]酶联免疫吸附实验中和法检测10例常规方法认定乙肝表面抗原抗体皆阳性患者血清（罕见模式）表面抗原。[结果]经过PCR进一步复查确认常规检测中1例结果为假阳性,通过健康者血清检测夹心法与中和法无差异性可言,而通过夹心法诊断为异常的标本检测显示两种方法有明显统计学差异。[结论]中和试验可以应用于以往除PCR以外难以诊断的乙型肝炎病人的筛选。

ENZYME -LINKED IMMUNOSORBENT ASSAY IN DETECTION HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIGEN

[ Objective ] To explore the usefulness of a simple method in determination of HBV surface antigen. [ Methods ] The mehrod was used to determine HBV surface antigen in 10 cases which were found to be positive with conventional method beforehand. [ Results] Further review confirmed that conventional PCR detection of false positive results in 1 case, through the healthy sandwich method and the serologic test and no difference to speak of law, and through the sandwich specimens were diagnosed as abnormal two methods showed statistically significant differences. [ Conclusion] The method can be used for screening of HBV infection difficult to be diagnosed by other methods than PCR.
