99株金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性分析

摘    要:
[目的]了解我院金黄色葡萄球菌耐药情况。为临床合理用药治疗由金黄色葡萄球菌感染引起的疾病。[方法]收集各类临床标本,分离培养,细菌鉴定及药敏试验。[结果]此次本院分离出的99株金黄色葡萄球菌中MRSA占21.2%,MSSA78株,占总数78.8%。对青霉素,头孢西丁,四环素耐药率分别为:93.93%,69.69%,76.76%。[结论]金黄色葡萄球菌对多数抗菌药物存在不同程度的耐药,加强对临床分离株的耐药监测,对治疗并参考耐药谱实施合理用药以防止多重耐药株出现有一定意义。

Abstract:
[ Objective] To investigate the drug resistance of staphylococcus aureus in our hospital to provide basis for clinical practice. [ Methods] Various clinical samples were collected for bacterial isolation, identification and drug sensitive test. [ Results] A total of 99 strains of staphylococcus aureus were isolated. They included 21 strains of MRSA (21.2%) and 78 of MSSA (78.8%). Their resistant rates to penicillin, cefoxitin sodium and tetracycline were 93.93%, 69.69% and 76.76%, respectively. [ Conclusion] The staphylococcus aureus is resistant to various antibiotics in different degrees. Therefore, we should strengthen its monitoring to provide basis for reasonable use of antibiotics in clinical practice.
