| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子 (TSGF)与CA15 - 3联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的价值。方法 采用化学显色法检测TSGF ,用微粒子酶免法检测CA15 - 3。结果 TSGF、CA15 - 3联合检测乳腺癌的敏感性为 89 7% ,特异性为 92 9% ,准确性为 92 3% ,与单项检测CA15 - 3相比 ,敏感度明显提高。结论 联合检测TSGF、CA15 - 3能提高乳腺癌的诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the value of combined analysis with CA15-3 and tumor specific growth factor(TSGF) to the diagnosis of mammary cancer. Methods We detect TSGF and CA15-3 with chemicodeveloping method and microparticle enzyme immuoassay(MEIA), respectively. Results Viacombined analysis of CA15-3 and TSGF, we can get the diagnostic sensitivity to mastocarcinoma was 89.7%, specificity was 92.9%, accuracy was 92.3%, accordingly.Contrast with single assay with CA15-3, combined analysis has a higher diagnostic sensitivity obviously. Conclusion Combined anlysis with CA15-3 and TSGF can improve the diagnosis rate of mastocarcinoma. |
