不同雾化吸入装置用于改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者缺氧状态的效果比较

目的观察老年呼吸内科常用的两种雾化吸入装置在治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的效果。方法采用随机分组对比研究,将采用两种不同雾化吸入装置的COPD患者分为A、B两组,A组为使用氧气驱动的含嘴雾化器,B组为使用氧气驱动的面罩式雾化器。对动态记录使用两种吸入装置吸入前后的氧饱和度(SaO2)、呼吸(R)、心率(P)的变化及痰液粘稠度和患者的主观感受进行了比较。结果两组患者的SaO2在吸入前差异无显著意义,而开始吸入后10min,两组患者的氧饱和度比较差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论在氧气驱动下使用面罩雾化器可有效提高COPD患者的氧饱和度,改善低氧血症,也更易于被患者接受,值得临床推广应用。

Comparison of the effect for improving hypoxia state by different inhalation devices for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Objective To explore the effect of two different oxygen-based atomization devices for treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）.Method 40 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）were randomly divided into 2 groups.20 patients used mouth-covered atomizer as group A,and the others used veiled atomizer as group B.SPO2,respiration,pulse,the sputum viscidity and the subjective feelings were recorded before and after treatment.Result SPO2 were significantly increased in group B than that in group A （P0.05）.Conclusion Veiled atomizer could help increase SPO2,for patients with COPD,and could be easily accepted.
