老年消化性溃疡患者临床特征分析

目的]探讨老年消化性溃疡患者的临床特征。方法]回顾性分析80例老年消化性溃疡患者的临床资料，并与96例同期非老年患者临床资料进行比较。结果]老年组患者与非老年组患者在首诊症状、溃疡发生部位、溃疡大小比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）；老年组患者中有非甾体类药物应用史者所占比例显著高于非老年组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；老年组上消化道出血发生率高于非老年组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论]认识并掌握老年消化性溃疡患者的临床特点，对于诊断、治疗和预防该病具有重要意义，从而可提高老年患者的生活质量。

Clinical features of elderly patients with pelptic ulcer
