| 摘 要： | 目的观察吡美莫司软膏联合白芍总苷治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎疗效。方法 73例患者随机分为两组,对照组36例,治疗组37例。所有患者均面部负离子喷雾,2次/d,持续2周。对照组外用1%吡美莫司软膏,早晚各1次;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予口服白芍总苷胶囊0.6g/次,3次/d,两组均用1个月。分别在治疗前、治疗后2周和4周,采用皮肤病学生活质量指数(DLQI)问卷调查,测量皮肤疾患对生活的影响,并对两组患者的临床疗效进行评价。结果治疗前两组患者生活质量评分无统计学差异。治疗2周、4周后,治疗组生活质量的改善程度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的有效率为81.08%,显著高于对照组的有效率(33.33%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论吡美莫司软膏联合白芍总苷治疗面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎效果肯定,值得在临床上使用。
