| 摘 要： | 目的：比较外用生肌象皮膏与贝复济对糖尿病大鼠伴肌腱损伤溃疡创面的修复作用。方法：20只健康Wistar大鼠以链脲佐霉素溶液腹腔注射制备糖尿病大鼠模型,于大鼠腰背部脊柱两侧制作2个伴肌腱损伤的圆形溃疡创面,随机分2组,分别应用生肌象皮膏和贝复济对创面进行换药。结果：经生肌象皮膏换药治疗的大鼠,其溃疡创面面积及创面愈合率在换药后期与贝复济组相比较有明显统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：生肌象皮膏比贝复济更能够有效促进糖尿病溃疡创面的愈合,尤其在用药后期效果更为显著。
