| 摘 要： | 目的总结踝关节内软组织撞击综合征(ASTIS)的临床特点,探讨关节镜下手术治疗踝关节内软组织撞击综合征的临床疗效。方法保守治疗22例,随访3～11个月;行关节镜下手术16例,术后随访6～22个月。采用评分AOFAS(美国足踝外科协会)后足-踝评分法评定治疗效果。结果 22例保守治后,治疗前评分(63.00±5.31)分,治疗后至随访结束时评分(78.00±7.42)分,治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);关节镜下手术组16例术前评分(63.50±6.31)分,术后至随访结束时评分(93.00±5.82)分,术前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论关节镜下治疗ASTIS疗效优于保守治疗,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To review the clinical characteristics and to assess the efficacy of arthroscopy in treatment of ankle soft tissue impingement syndrome(ASTIS) in follow-up.Methods 4 patients with ASTIS were treated with arthroscopy and the efficacy of arthroscopy was assessed with AOFAS scoring system.22 patients were treated with expectant treatment.Results After arthroscopy thearopy,AOFAS score were improved greatly.Conclusion The result of arthroscopy treatment of ankle soft tissue impingement syndrome is satisfactory. |
