311例地震伤员空中转运的护理

汶川大地震后，由成都军区总医院收治的311例伤员，男146例，女165例，平均年龄45．23（2～91）岁，伤员以中老年居多，多患四肢、脊柱骨折，利用飞机（直升飞机）转运伤员到各大城市的医院。护送小组包括5名医生和5名护士，由1名医务部助理员（行政负责人）带队。转运前对伤员进行筛选评估，并告知病情签署知情同意书。90％的伤员都没有空中旅行经验，有明显的恐惧、焦虑情绪。途中多采用平卧位或半卧位，尿管的护理和心理干预极其重要。所有伤员都被安全转运。

Nursing care during air transportation of wounded persons: experience from 311 cases of Wenchuan Earthquake victims

During the Wenchuan Earthquake, 311 patients suffering from injuries in different parts of body, 146 males and 165 females, aged 45.23 （2-91）, most being middle-aged and elderly, and most with fractures of extremities and spine, treated by the General Hospital of Chengdou Command, were transferred to hospitals in big cities by airplane （helicopter）. In general an airplane （helicopter） transported patients. An escort team included 5 physicians and 5 nurses, led by an administrative assistant of department of medical affairs. Triage should be conducted, and informed consent form should be signed. Sitting or semi-recumbent positions were adopted. Nursing care of urine drainage tube was important. Most of the patients had emotions of terror and/or anxiety, and 90% of them had not experience of air travel, so mental nursing care was very important. All patients were transported safely.
