| 摘 要： | 本院自制配消痛乳口服液治疗食管癌放疗反应１５８例（男性９８例，女性６０例，平均年龄５０岁）。结果显示止痛总有效率达９３％，其中女性（９３．３％）略高于男性（９２．８％）；体外放疗（９３．９％）略高于腔内放疗（９２．２％）。Ｐ＞０．０５。
