贝赫切特综合征病人UBIO治疗前后免疫功能及自由基变化的观察

摘    要:
目的:探讨免疫功能、自由基、粘附分子(CD44)与贝赫切特综合征(BS)发闰同关系及选择较适合治疗方法。方法:紫外线照射充氧自血回输(UBIO)加常规疗法治疗21例BS病人,观察治疗前后免疫指标、自由基及粘附分子变化及临床疗效,并与常规治疗的10例(药物组)及正常献血者10例比较。结果:BS病人行UBIO前CD3、CD4、CD8、SOD、GSH-PX、CAT及免疫球蛋白均低于正常(对照)组,治疗后有不同程度的升高;而CD44、LPO、MDA明显高于对照组,治疗后有不同程度的降低。两种变化均以UBIO组显著。结论:BS发病与机体免疫功能、自由基代谢可能关,UBIO是治疗BS较适合方法之一。

Abstract:
To observe the changes of immune function and free radicals before and after ultraviolet irradiated and oxygenated autohemotherapy (UBIO) plus routine treatment (RT) in patients with behcet's syndrome (BS). Methods twenty-one patients with BS were treated with UBIORT, 10 patients were treated with routine treatment and 10 normal persons were taken as controls. Their levels of CD, ,CD4 .CEfe .CD^ ,SOD,GSH-PX,CAT, Ig and C, were detected. Results:Before treatment,the levels of CD3 ,C4 ,CD8 ,SOD,GSH-PX,CAT,and Ig(L1) in UBIORT and RT groups were lower than those in control group, while the levels of CD44 , Lpo and MDA (L2) were obviously higher than those in control group. After treatment, the L1 increased, while the L2 decreased,especially in the UBIORT group. Conclusion:The attack of BS may be related to immune function and free radicals,UBIORT is one of the good methods to treat BS.
