贝赫切特综合征病人UBIO治疗前后免疫功能及自由基变化的观察

目的：探讨免疫功能、自由基、粘附分子（CD44）与贝赫切特综合征（BS）发闰同关系及选择较适合治疗方法。方法：紫外线照射充氧自血回输（UBIO）加常规疗法治疗21例BS病人，观察治疗前后免疫指标、自由基及粘附分子变化及临床疗效，并与常规治疗的10例（药物组）及正常献血者10例比较。结果：BS病人行UBIO前CD3、CD4、CD8、SOD、GSH-PX、CAT及免疫球蛋白均低于正常（对照）组，治疗后有不同程度的升高；而CD44、LPO、MDA明显高于对照组，治疗后有不同程度的降低。两种变化均以UBIO组显著。结论：BS发病与机体免疫功能、自由基代谢可能关，UBIO是治疗BS较适合方法之一。

Observation on Changes of Immune Function and Free Radicals before and after UBIO in Patients with Behcet's Syndrome

To observe the changes of immune function and free radicals before and after ultraviolet irradiated and oxygenated autohemotherapy (UBIO) plus routine treatment (RT) in patients with behcet's syndrome (BS). Methods twenty-one patients with BS were treated with UBIORT, 10 patients were treated with routine treatment and 10 normal persons were taken as controls. Their levels of CD, ,CD4 .CEfe .CD^ ,SOD,GSH-PX,CAT, Ig and C, were detected. Results:Before treatment,the levels of CD3 ,C4 ,CD8 ,SOD,GSH-PX,CAT,and Ig(L1) in UBIORT and RT groups were lower than those in control group, while the levels of CD44 , Lpo and MDA (L2) were obviously higher than those in control group. After treatment, the L1 increased, while the L2 decreased,especially in the UBIORT group. Conclusion:The attack of BS may be related to immune function and free radicals,UBIORT is one of the good methods to treat BS.
