超敏C反应蛋白与原发性高血压的关系

目的研究原发性高血压与超敏C-反应蛋白（CRP）浓度的关系。方法选择146例原发性高血压（男性82例，女性64例），对照组130例为同期本院健康体检者（其中男69例，女61例），测定其血清中超敏CRP浓度。结果高血压患者血清CRP浓度明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．05），高血压3级患者超敏CRP浓度明显高于高血压病1级、2级患者（P〈0．05），高血压2级CRP显著高于高血压1级。结论提示高血压患者血管壁存在有炎症反应，CRP浓度与原发性高血压的发生发展有密切的关系。

Relationship between high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and essential hypertension

Objective To investigate the relationship between the serum level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP) and essential hypertension(EH).Methods 146 cases of EH(82 male,64 female) and 130 cases of healthy people (69 male,61 female)were selected.The serum levels of high sensitivity C-reactive protein in patients with EH and healthy people were measured.Results The serum levels of Hs-CRP in patients with EH were higher than that of healthy people (P<0.05).The levels of Hs-CRP in patients with Grade 3 EH were higher than that of Grade 1 and in Grade 2 (P<0.05),and in Grade 2 higher than in Grade 1 (P<0.05).Conclusion There is inflammatory reaction in blood vessel wall in patients with EH.And the serum levels of Hs-CRP is correlative with the development of EH.
