| 摘 要： | 为减轻病房护士工作量，避免交叉感染，我院供应室采用清洗消毒机对22个科室2011套呼吸机管路及8050个配件进行集中清洗消毒。通过目测及棉拭子涂抹采样观察，进行采样的管路及配件细菌培养均为阴性，全部达到监测标准，提示采用清洗消毒机清洗消毒呼吸机管路是非常安全有效的，避免交叉感染，使工作更加规范化。

| Abstract: | Objective To avoid cross-infection and make the disinfection of ventilator-pipes more standardized by the use of washing machine.Methods 2011 Roads and 8050 accessories in 22 sections were sampled and checked by visual observation and cotton swab smear.Results The bacterial cultures of all the sampled pipes and fittings were negative.Conclusion Cleansing ventilator pipes by washing machine is a very safe and effective method. |
