455例单纯疱疹病毒阳性病例分析

目的探讨无皮损的性病门诊就诊者泌尿生殖道分泌物中,单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)的感染情况及临床特点。方法对患者的泌尿生殖道分泌物用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测HSV抗原,并同时检测淋球菌、沙眼衣原体、解脲脲原体及人型支原体。结果1446例患者泌尿生殖道分泌物中,HSV抗原检测阳性455例,检出率为31.47%。HSV检测阳性标本中,HSV与其它性病病原体混合感染351例,HSV单纯感染104例。HSV检测阳性的患者中,有临床症状的337例,其中HSV与其它性病病原体混合感染277例,HSV单纯感染60例;无症状的118例,其中混合感染74例,单纯感染44例。结论无皮损的性病门诊就诊者泌尿生殖道分泌物中HSV有较高的检出率,HSV可单独或与其它病原体混合感染泌尿生殖道,既可引起尿道炎、宫颈炎的表现,也可无任何症状。

Analysis of 455 cases with herpes simplex virus(HSV)positive

Objective To investigate epidemiological and clinical characteristics of HSV infection in secretions from the genitourinary tract of outpatients without skin lesions in STI clinic.Methods HSV in the genitourinary secretion was detected using ELISA method,and Neisseria gonorrhoese,chlamydia trachomatis,Ureaplasma urealyticum and,Mycoplasma hominis were detected simultaneously.Results Among 1 446 secretion samples,455 were HSV positive(31.47%),in which 351 were mixed with other STI pathogens and 104 were infected with single HSV.Among 455 HSV positive outpatients,337 had clinical symptoms,among which 277 were infected with other STI pathogens and 60 were infected with single HSV.Among the rest of 118 HSV positive cases without clinical symptoms,74 were infected with other STD pathogens and 44 were infected with HSV only.Conclusion HSV can be frequently detected with higher positive rate in secretions from the genitourinary tract of visitors to STI clinic.HSV can be the only pathogen infecting the genitourinary tract or be mixed with other STI pathogens.Patients with HSV infection in this study are either with clinical symptoms,such as urithritis and vaginitis,or without symptoms.
