介入治疗在凶险型前置胎盘合并胎盘植入中的应用

目的探讨凶险型前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析15例凶险型前置胎盘合并胎盘植入的病例资料。结果在介入血管科辅助下行剖宫产术可成功避免子宫切除。结论凶险型前置胎盘开发胎盘植入的发生率逐年升高，在手术过程中对产妇生命威胁极大，通过产前彩超检查可尽旱明确诊断，在介入科辅助下行剖宫产术可有效控制产时及产后出血，减少并发症，避免子宫切除，是值得推广的方法。

Application of interventional treatment on dangerous placenta praevia complicated with placenta accreta

Objective To study the management of placenta praevia complicated with placenta accreta. Methods The data of 15 eases of planenta praevia complicated with placenta aecrete were analyzed retrospectively. Results The uterus resections of all eases were successfully avoid by caesarean section with the assistance of the interventional treatment. Conclusion The dangerous planenta praevia threaten the lives of lying - in women because of amount hemorrhage while the incidence rate of dangerous planenta praevia complicated with placenta aeereta step up year by year. Placenta praevia could be diagnosed by Doppler ultrasound with high sensitivity and specificity. The cesarean section with the assistance of the interventional treatment could avoid the uterus resections and have the advantage of less amount of hemorrhage and less complications so that it is worth to spread.
