妊娠妇女家庭不良行为现状及对妊娠结局的影响

目的探讨产生妊娠妇女家庭不良行为的相关因素、现状及家庭不良行为对妊娠和分娩结局的影响。方法采用调查问卷方式，在不同孕期调查1513例妊娠妇女家庭不良行为现状，对妊娠及分娩结局进行分析。结果妊娠早期、中期、晚期和分娩后家庭不良行为总的发生率为27．8％，其中性暴力的发生率最高（10．2％），心理暴力的发生率最低（5．5％），躯体暴力发生率居中（5．9％），威胁占6．1％。孕妇和其丈夫的文化程度、职业、月收入、吸烟、饮酒的状况与家庭不良行为有关。此外，妊娠期遭受家庭暴力的孕妇，妊娠次数多、妊娠期阴道出血、胎儿生长受限、胎盘早剥、妊娠期贫血、胎膜早破、人工流产史的比例以及新生儿疾病的发生率明显高。结论妊娠妇女家庭不良行为的发生率较高，应该引起医务人员的重视。增强他们对家庭暴力的认识和反应，加大健康宣教的工作力度，减少家庭不良行为的发生。

Bad family status and behavior of the pregnant women on the outcome of pregnancy

Objective To investigate the misconduct related factors,status and family bad behavior of pregnant women on pregnancy and childbirth outcome.Methods Use the questionnaire to survey the misconduct family status,pregnancy and childbirth right.Results From 1 513 cases of different stages of pregnancy.Pregnant women and her husband's education level,occupation,monthly income,smoking,drinking and family status of the bad behavior.In addition,victims of domestic violence during pregnancy in pregnant women,the number of pregnancies and vaginal bleeding during pregnancy,fetal growth restriction,placental abruption,Anemia during pregnancy,premature rupture of membranes,the history of abortion and the proportion of neonatal disease rate are significantly higher.Conclusion The incidence of bad family behavior of pregnant women is higher,medical staff should pay attention.Enhance their awareness about domestic violence and response,health educators should intensify their effort to reduce the bad family behavior.
