中国医改与全科医生制度建设

2009年党中央国务院发布了《关于深化医疗卫生体制改革的意见》,这个文件最早是在2006年4月在湖北召开的一次全国体制改革会议上提出的,当时时任发改委的马凯主任提出了要研究并制定新一轮医药卫生体制改革的总体方案,并且把这个任务交给社会司来牵头。本文主要介绍了该文件的出台背景、重大事件、重要文件等,以及现在全科医生制度的主要进展。

Chinese Healthcare Reform and Institutional Improvement of General Practitioner

Central government and CCP and the State Council issued ＂the Views of Deepening Medical and Healthcare System Reform＂ in 2009, which was first proposed at a conference on national system reform in April 2006 in Hubei Province, and Ma Kai, when Development and Reform Commission, provided the suggestion to study and develop a new round of overall plan of medical and healthcare system, and assigned the task to the department of Social Affairs to take the lead. This article mainly introduces the background of such views, major events, some important documents, as well as the major progress of general practitioner system until now.
