酸性强化戊二醛杀菌效果与腐蚀性检测

摘    要:
酸性强化戊二醛为含 2 %戊二醛、 0 2 5%聚氧乙烯脂肪醇醚的复方消毒剂。悬液定量杀菌试验表明 ,以其原液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞作用 3h ,以其含 2 10mg/L戊二醛稀释液对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌作用 3min ,杀灭率均达 10 0 %。菌悬液含 10 %小牛血清对其杀菌效果基本无影响。其原液对铝有轻度腐蚀 ,对不锈钢和碳钢基本无腐蚀

Abstract:
Acid potentiated glutaraldehyde is a compound disinfectant containing 2% glutaraldehyde and 0 25% polyoxyethylene aliphatic alcohol ether The suspension quantitative bactericidal test indicated that the killing rates of spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger exposed to its stock solution for 3 hr and Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to its dilute solution containing 210 mg/L glutaraldehyde for 3 min attained 100% Presence of 10% calf serum in the bacterial suspension did not influence essentially its bactericidal efficacy Its stock solution was slightly corrosive to aluminum and essentially not corrosive to stainless steel and carbon steel
