| 摘 要： | 目的了解序贯疗法清除幽门螺杆菌的有效性。方法将201例上消化道溃疡、幽门螺杆菌阳性患者随机分为序贯疗法和两种经典清除幽门螺杆菌方案，共3组，治疗4周后复检Hp，3种方法均为阴性为根除。结果序贯疗法和其他两种方案Hp根除率分别为92．7％、75．0％和73．4％；序贯疗法Hp根除率显著高于其他2种方案（c组与A、B组比较，P均〈0．01），不良反应率无显著差异。结论序贯疗法根除Hp效果显著、副作用小，更适合临床应用。

| Abstract: | objective To study the effects of sequential therapy for H.pylori eradication. Methods There were 201 patients with H. pylori infection were randomly divided into three groups, gave separately treatments for H.pylori eradication with sequential treatment and other kinds of treatment. After four weeks,to exam H.pylori again, and to observe the eradicative results. Results The sequential therapy was more effective （92.7% vs 75.0% and 73.4% respectively, X^2=8.01 P〈0.01; X2=-8.97 P〈0.01）. Conclusion The sequential therapy is more effective and better treatment for Hpylori eradication. |
