波利特等联合治疗消化性溃疡伴出血40例疗效对比观察

目的比较雷贝拉唑(波利特)、云南百药与针剂奥美拉唑及止血剂对消化性溃疡的临床疗效、安全性及治疗经费。方法将80例消化性溃疡病人随机分两组,治疗组40例,给予雷贝拉唑10 mg,每日早晚各1次,连续用7 d;对照组40例,给予针剂奥美拉唑40 mg,静脉滴注早晚各1次,连续用7 d;比较两组疗效及经费情况。结果两组治疗前基本资料相似,具可比性。治疗组与对照组在症状改善、止血时间长短、溃疡愈合等二者差异无统计学意义。但费用差异有统计学意义。两组均未发生明显的不良反映。结论波利特是强效、安全的抑酸药物,对轻中度溃疡出血效果显著而且费用低。

Clinical Effects of Rabeprazole on 40 Patients with Peptic Ulcer

Objective To investigate the effect and safety of Rabeprazole and Omeprazole on patients with peptic ulcer.Methods 80 patients with peptic ulcer were divided into 2 groups randomly,patients in experimental group were treated with Rabeprazole,patients in control group were treated with Omeprazole.Results The difference of patients' payout was significant.Conclusions Rabeprazole is effective and safe mediation patients with peptic ulcer.
