农村高中校长生活满意度状况的调查

目的了解农村高中校长的生活满意度状况,以发现存在的问题,促进他们的身心健康。方法采用生活满意度量表（SW LS）对河南省＂十一五＂农村高中校长培训班两期学员进行问卷调查。结果70%农村高中校长认为生活在基本满意程度以上,而不同个体之间存在差异,40岁以上显著高于40岁以下个体（P〈0.05） 工资收入在1500以上者显著高于1200以下者（P〈0.01）和1200~1500元（P〈0.05） 任职年限在5~10年的个体极显著低于5年以下（P〈0.01）和10年以上（P〈0.01）。结论年龄、收入及任职年限是影响农村高中校长生活满意度的主要人口特征,应关注低年龄、低收入及任职5~10年的农村高中校长的生活满意度。

Investigation on Life Satisfaction of Presidents in Rural High School

Objective To understand Life satisfaction situation in Presidents of rural high school, to discover problems , and promote their body and mind health. Methods SWLS was carried out in presidents from two trainees o{ Henan llth five training class. Results 70% Presidents were satisfied in living fundamentaly, but 40--year-old was higher than 40-year-old （P~0. 05） ; Salary of above 1500 yuan was higher than those under 1200 and between 1200 to 1500 yuan （P〈0. 05） ; Holding the post for 5 to 10 years was lower than those under 5 years and over 10 years （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Age, income and number of years holding a post are main population characteristic affecting life satisfaction of Presidents of rural high school. Those low age, low income and holding a post for 5 to 10 years should be attended to.
