家庭综合干预对社区精神分裂症患者预后的影响

目的探讨家庭综合干预对社区精神分裂症患者预后的影响。方法将社区精神分裂症患者随机分为家庭综合干预组和对照组。干预组接受药物治疗和家庭综合干预,对照组仅接受药物治疗。采用社会功能缺陷筛选量表（SDSS）进行精神残疾评估。结果3年末干预组病残率、直接医药费用显著低于对照组（P〈0.01）,痊愈率明显高于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论家庭综合干预可以有效降低社区精神分裂症患者病残率,改善患者预后,降低医疗费用。

Effect of Family Synthetica Intervention on Prognosis of Patients with Schizophrenia in Community

Objective To explore the effect of synthetiea intervention on prognosis of patients with schizophrenia in community. Methods The patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group. The patients in both groups were treated with drugs besides, those in the intervention group were given synthetical interventions, simultaneously. Social Disability Screening Schedule（SDSS） were used to evaluate the degree of psychiatric disability. Results Disability rate and direct costs of medical treatment of the patients in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.01） ,while the cure rate in intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The family synthetical interventions can effectively reduce the disability rate of patients with schizophrenia ,improve the patients＇ prognosis,and reduce medical expenses .
