大学生时间管理倾向与生活满意度的相关研究

目的探讨大学生时间管理倾向与生活满意度的关系。方法采用时间管理倾向量表和生活满意度量表对福建省530名大学生进行调查。结果①在学生类型上,大学生的时间监控观（t=2.34,P＜0.05）、总体时间管理倾向（t=2.20,P＜0.05）、计划（t=2.34,P＜0.05）、反馈性（t=2.23,P＜0.05）存在显著差异。生活满意度中除了健康满意度（t=-0.04,P＞0.05）因子外的各维度都存在显著差异;②大学生不同水平时间管理倾向在生活满意度（t=8.36,P＜0.001）上呈现出显著差异。③时间监控观（β=0.235 P＜0.001）对总体生活满意度有最强的直接预测力,时间价值感和时间监控观（β=0.570 P＜0.001;β=0.196 P＜0.001）对总体生活满意度起间接预测作用。结论大学生时间管理倾向与生活满意度之间存在显著相关。

Correlative Research on Time Management Disposition and Life Satisfaction of University Students

Objective To understand the relationship between time management disposition （TMD） and life satisfaction of university students. Methods A total of 530 university students in Fujian were investigated by TMD Scale and Life Satisfaction Scale. Results ①There were significant difference in time control（t=2.34,P〈0.05）,TMD（t=2.20,P〈0.05）,plan（t=2.34, P〈（0.05）, feedback （t =2.23,P〈0.05） and life satisfaction in type of students except in health satisfaction （t =-0.04, P〉0.05）. ②There was significant difference on life satisfaction （t= 8.36 ,P〈0. 001） in different level of TMD. ③Time control（β= 0. 235 P 〈0. 001）had the best influence on life satisfaction directly. Time worth and time control（β= 0. 570 P〈0. 001;β= 0. 196 P〈0. 001） had influence on life satisfaction indirectly. Conclusion There was significant correlation between time management disposition （TMD） and life satisfaction of university students.
