阿力哌唑治疗首发精神分裂症对照研究

目的探讨国产阿力哌唑治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效及不良反应。方法将在我院住院治疗的84例首次发作精神分裂症患者随机分为阿力哌唑组（42例）和利培酮组（42例）,进行临床对照试验。两组药物治疗剂量分别为10～30mg/d和3～6mg/d,疗程8周,采用阳性和阴性症状量表（PANSS）评定疗效,采用不良反应症状量表（TESS）以及有关实验室检查结果评定不良反应。结果治疗8周结束时,两组PANSS评分较入组时均显著减低（P＆lt;0.01）,临床总有效率：阿力哌唑组85.71%,利培酮组88.10%,两组间疗效无显著性差异（P＆gt;0.05）;阿力哌唑组和利培酮组的总体不良反应无明显差异,但不良反应表现存在异同。结论国产阿力哌唑治疗精神分裂症是一种有效、安全的药物,且较利培酮较少引起月经紊乱、泌乳、体重增加等不良反应。

Control Study on Aripiprazole in the Treatment of First-episode Schizophrenia.

Objective To explore the domestic Aripiprazole's efficacy and side effects in treatment of first-episode schizophrenia. Methods The 84 cases of first episode schizophrenia of our hospital were randomly divided into Aripiprazole group (42 cases) and Risperidone group (42 cases), then were given clinical controlled trials. The medication of these two groups was 10 to 30mg/d and 3 to 6mg/d, 8 week course of treatment. The efficacy was assessed by using positive and negative symptom scale (PANSS) and the adverse reactions were evaluated by treatment emergent symptom scale (TESS) and the correlative Results of lab test. Results At the end of 8 weeks of treatment, the PANSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower(P<0. 01)than before. The total ef-ficacy: Aripiprazole group was 85. 71%;Risperidone group was 88. 10%; No significant effective differences between the two groups(P>0. 05); No significant difference of overall adverse events were found but there were differences between in adverse re-actions. Conclusion Domestic Aripiprazole is an effective and safe drug in treatment of schizophrenia, and cause less menstrual disorders,lactation, weight gain, and other adverse reactions than Risperidone.
