摘 要: | 目的探讨提高高职大学生人际能力的方法,为开展大学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法采用教学的方法,随机抽取昆明冶金高等专科学校2个班80名大学生进行干预。结果干预教学后,高职学生在冲突管理方面的能力有显著提高(P〈0.01)。结论干预提高了实验班成员的冲突管理能力,说明教学辅导对提高云南省高职大学生人际交往能力是有效的。

Abstract: | ObjectiveTo discuss the methods of improving interpersonal abilities of vocational college students to provide a foundation in carrying out the mental health education of higher vocational students. Methods A total of 80 students from two tested classes were randomly selected and given intervention instructions in Kunming Metallurgy College. Results After training ,the students' capabilities in conflict management were improved significantly. Conclusion The intervention improved capabilities of the members in experimental classes in conflict management, and this illustrated that intervention instruction was effective in improving the interpersonal skills of higher vocational students in Yunnan province. |
