血液灌流治疗急性百草枯中毒23例临床观察

目的观察血液灌流治疗急性百草枯中毒的临床疗效。方法41例急性百草枯中毒患者,分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予5%NaHCO3液体洗胃、活性碳灌胃及其它常规治疗措施,观察组在此基础上给予血液灌流,观察两组疗效。结果观察组治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.01),观察组病死率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论血液灌流治疗急性百草枯中毒可明显提高治愈率,降低死亡率。

Clinical efficacy of hemopurfusion in treatment of acute paraquat poisoning

Objective To investigate the effect of hemoperfusion in the treament of acute paraquat poisoning.Methods Forty-one patients with acute paraquat poisoning were randomly diveded into hemopurfusion(HP) group and control group.The treatment of control group were stomachwashing with 5% NaHCO_3,intragastric injection with active carbon,and others routine treatment,while hemopurfusion was used in HP group on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical efficacy in two groups was observed.Results The curative rate of HP group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.01),and death rate of HP group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Hemoperfusion can improve the curative rate of patients who suffered from acute paraquat poisoning,and reduce the death rate.
