可吸引气管套管不同吸引方式吸引声门下间隙分泌物的效果

目的探讨可吸引气管套管不同吸引方式吸引声门下间隙分泌物的效果。方法便利抽样法选择2010年3月至2012年12月在解放军总医院行气管插管且使用了可冲洗式气管导管的住院患者31名为研究对象,采用自身对照,单日采用10ml注射器直接吸引侧管(A组)、双日采用一次性留痰器连接负压中心吸引装置吸引侧管(B组),依次循环,每种方式吸引30d,共计60d。观察两种不同吸引方式下,患者所致的咳嗽反射频次、日吸引总量和操作者满意度评分等。结果两种不同方式对患者造成的不良刺激和吸引出的分泌物量的差异均无统计学差异(P0.05)。A组操作者满意度评分为(8.19±1.65)分,高于B组的(5.43±2.13)分,差异有统计学意义(t=19.436,P0.01)。结论两种不同方式进行声门下间隙分泌物的吸引,其吸引效果的差异不大,但A组操作简便易行,值得临床推广应用。

Effects of Different Attract Method of Subglottic Clearance of Secretions Attraction by Using Attracting Trachea Cannula

Objective To discuss the effects of different attract method of subglottic clearance of secre- tions attraction by using attracting trachea cannula. Methods By convenience sampling method, 31 patients were selected and investigated by using the self contrast method. The single day use the 10ml syr- inge suction side tube（group A）, followed by doubleday using disposable sputum suction tube connected center suction side suction device（group B）, each method was applied of 30d, 60 d in total. Patients induced cough reflex frequency, daily draws in total and operator satisfaction score were observed under two types of suction method. Results There were no significant differences in adverse stimulus by two difference ways to patients and to attract the secretions amount （P〉0.05）.The operator satisfaction scores of group A （8.19±1.65）were higher than that of group B （5.43±2.13）, and the difference was statistically significant（t=19.436,P〈0.O1）.Conclusion There were no significant difference on the effects of two ways of at- tracting subglottic clearance of secretion, while group A has a simple operation, which is worth for clinical trials.
