| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内镜超声在上消化道病变中的诊断价值。方法应用内镜超声检查287例上消化道黏膜隆起型病变,并对其中21例进行内镜超声引导下细针穿刺活检。结果发现病变以胃和食管隆起性病变较多,在检查中各占总数58.19%和28.92%,常见的隆起性病有：黏膜下肿瘤、静脉球、壁外压迫、息肉、异位胰腺等。结论内镜超声可以初步判断上消化道黏膜隆起型病变的性质,为黏膜下肿物治疗方式的选择提供依据。
