颈动脉内膜中层厚度测定在糖尿病视网膜病变中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)测定在糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)中的应用。方法将76例2型糖尿病患者的眼底病变分为无糖尿病视网膜病变、单纯型及增殖型3组,用彩色多普勒显像检测20例正常对照组和76例2型糖尿病患者IMT。结果糖尿病组IMT高于正常对照组(P〈0.01)。DR的严重程度与IMT呈显著正相关(r=-0.633,P〈0.05)。2型糖尿病患者IMT增厚组并发DR的发生率(46.94%)高于IMT正常组(24.27%),差别有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论2型糖尿病患者IMT的改变与糖尿病视网膜病变的发生有关,IMT测定有助于糖尿病视网膜病变的早期诊断。

Application of Carotid Arterial Intima-media Thickness Measurement in the Diabetic Retinopathy

Abstract:Objective To investigate the significance of measuring carotid arterial intima-media thickness (IMT) and diabetic retinopathy (DR). Methods 76 diabetic patients were divided into three groups: no diabetic retinopathy (NDR), nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy (NPDR), and proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR). 20 helath people were chosen as control. All subjects were examined by ColorDoppler imaging on the carotid arterial intima-media thickness. Results The mean IMT was significantly higher in T2DM patients than in normal control group (P〈0.01). IMT value was positively associated with the severity of diabetic retinopathy (r= 0.633, P〈0.05). In diabetic patients, the prevalence of diabetic retinopathy was higher in IMT increased group than in normal IMT group. Conclusion The changes of IMT were in close relationship with diabetic retinopathy in type 2 diabetic patients.The measurement of IMT contributes to early diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy.
