桂芍镇痫片质量标准研究

目的建立桂芍镇痫片的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别桂芍镇痫片中甘草、党参及柴胡，采用高效液相色谱法测定白芍中芍药苷的含量。结果薄层鉴别的色谱斑点清晰，阴性对照无干扰。芍药苷进样量在0．2452～0．7356μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0．9997）。平均加样回收率为98．3％，RSD=1．52％（n=5）。结论本法简便、可靠，所建立的质量标准可有效控制本品的质量。

Study on Quality Standard for Guishao Zhenxian Tablets

Objective To establish the quality standard for Guishao Zhenxian Tablets. Methods Radix Glycyrrhizae, Radix Codonopsis, Radix Bupleuri were identified by TLC. The content of paeoniflorin in the preparation was determined by HPLC. Results The spots of TLC color spectrum were distinct and there was nointerference from the negative control. The calibration curve was linear over the concentration range of 0.2452-0.7356 μg for paeoniflorin （r=0.9997） and the average recovery was 98.3%, RSD= 1.52% （n =5）. Conclusion The established quality standard is convenient and reliable, and can be used to control the quality of Guishao Zhenxian Tablets more effectively.
