| 摘 要： | 以不同压力蒸制草乌,用滴定法测定总生物碱,用反相HPLC法分别测定剧毒性乌头碱、中乌头碱、次乌头碱的含量。结果表明随着压力与温度增高,总生物碱含量无显著变化,而剧毒性生物碱含量显著下降。 |

| Abstract: | The total alkaloid of Acanitum kusnezoffii processed by steam at various pressures and temperatures was determined by neutralization method and the toxic alkaloids such as aconitine, mesaconitine and hypaconitine were analysed by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that there was no obvious change in the content of total alkaloid while the content of strong toxic alkaloids gradually decreased with the increase of pressure and temperature. |
