| 摘 要： | 目的 :分析并研究梗阻性黄疸的CT表现和鉴别诊断。材料和方法 :收集 98例手术病理证实的梗阻性黄疸病人的CT资料 ,进行回顾性分析 ,其中胰头Ca 36例 ,壶腹Ca 2 2例 ,胆总管Ca 12例 ,胆结石 19例 ,胆总管炎 7例 ,转移Ca 2例。结果 :CT检查对梗阻性黄疸的部位、原因及良恶性的区分准确性较高。结论 :CT对梗阻性黄疸的诊断与鉴别诊断有很大价值。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the CT diagnosis of Obstructive Jaundicse and differentiating diagnosis.Materials and Methods CT scans of 98 cases of the Obstrutive Jau-ndice proved by surgery and pathotogy were reviewed in-clcuded carcinoma of head of pancreas(n=36),Perampullar carcinoma (n=22),Cancer of common bile duct (n=12),Choledochli thiasis (n=19),Choledochal (n=7),metasatis ca-cinoma (n=2).Results CT could well level of biliary Obtruction and differntiating diagnosis and maliusion Obstruction as well.Conclusion CT scan is very CT diagnosis and differenting diagnosis of Obstruction Jaundice. |
