摘    要:随着对重症医学的需求越来越大,需要建立完善的重症医学本科教育体系,大力培养合格的专业人才。高等医学院校应加强重症医学本科教学,增设重症医学课程,在临床医学教育的整体体系中合理安排重症医学课程的教学。除了理论课堂教学外,还应当保证学生有时间到重症医学科进行临床实习;应设置独立的重症医学教研室,通过各种途径加强教师队伍建设,担负起重症医学课程的教学任务,并结合学科特点,合理制定重症医学课程教学大纲,做到"有纲可依",目的明确;应积极探索重症医学的教学方式,注重对医学生进行重症医学"整体思维"模式的培养,培养学生遵循循证医学的原则,加强重症医学科临床训练基地建设,注重对学生进行基本技能操作的培训,为将后从事临床工作打下扎实的基础。

Abstract:The demand for critical care medical talent increasing,we need to establish a perfect critical care medical undergraduate education system and cultivate qualified talents. Medical college should strengthen the critical care medical( CCM) undergraduate teaching,set the CCM curriculum. In the whole teaching system of clinical medical education,reasonable arrangements for CCM curriculum should be noticed. In addition to the theoretical classroom teaching,it should also ensure that the students have time to ICU for clinical practice. Teaching and research section of CCM should be set up independently,the ranks of teachers should be built up through various means who should formulate the school syllabus and take on the task of teaching of CCM,and actively explore the CCM teaching mode. Attention should be paid to the medical students who would develop "holistic thinking"mode and follow the principles of evidence- based medicine( EBM). Furthermore,the construction of clinical training base should be strengthened,and basic clinical skills of students be emphasized who can lay the solid foundations of engaging in clinical work for the future.
