监测新生儿感染性疾病血清C-反应蛋白和前白蛋白的临床研究

目的通过监测血清C-反应蛋白（CRP）和前白蛋白（PA）水平的变化,对新生儿感染性疾病患儿进行综合评价,以便早发现,并及时进行早期干预,减少后遗症的发生。方法对100例患感染性疾病新生儿及100例非感染性疾病新生儿于治疗前后抽取静脉血进行C-反应蛋白（CRP）和前白蛋白（PA）测定。结果新生儿感染性疾病中血清CRP增高而PA水平下降;治疗后CRP水平明显下降,PA值恢复至正常水平（P〈0.01）,且血清CRP与PA水平呈负相关（r=-0.55,P〈0.05）。结论血清C-反应蛋白（CRP）和前白蛋白（PA）水平的变化可作为新生儿感染性疾病诊断的灵敏指标之一,动态观察血清C-反应蛋白（CRP）和前白蛋白（PA）水平的变化有助于观察患儿疾病的演变和治疗的效果判定,以便正确指导治疗。

Clinical study on levels of serum C-reactive protein and prealbumin in newborns with infectious diseases

Objective To comprehensive evaluate the condition of the newborn children with infectious diseases of by monitoring the changes of serum C-reactive protein（CRP） and prealbumin（PA） level,so as to diagnose and treat early,and reduce the incidence of side effects. Methods Serum levels of CRP and PA in 100 cases of infection neonatal and 100 cases of non-infection neonatal were tested before and after therapy. Results The serum CRP level increased,while the PA level significantly decreased in the newborn with infectious diseases;after the therapy,the CRP level significantly decreased,while the PA level increased（ P〈0. 01）,the serum CRP and PA level performed negative correlation（ r =- 0. 55,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The changes of serum CRP and PA level can be considered as one of index for the newborn infectious diseases and dynamic observation of the change of CRP and PA level is helpful for observation of the develop therapy effect assessment of neonates diseases,and for correct treatment.
