慢性胃脘痛证型与胃电图,幽门螺杆菌感染的关系

对９６例慢性胃脘痛患者证型与胃电图的关系进行研究，结果表明：脾胃虚寒证组的胃电幅值在餐前，餐后均低于正常人组和其它三个实证组（Ｐ〈０．０５），而三个实证组与正常人组间两两比较，胃电幅值和频率餐前，餐后无明显差异（Ｐ〈０．０５），同时对３７例作了幽门螺杆菌检查的病例进行研究，发现：慢性萎缩性胃炎餐前波幅下降，明显低于其它三组和正常人（Ｐ〈０．０５）。而慢性浅表性胃炎，消化性溃疡，十二指肠球炎和正常

Observation on Relationship among Different syndromes of TCM with Chronic Gastralgia and EGG HP

In order to improve the objectivenss of Chinese Medicine diagnosis and explore the nature of gastralgia syndrome. The relationship between EGG and differentiation of syndromes in TCM was observed in 96 cases of chronic gastralgia. The average amplitudes of wave in the deficient cold syndrome group was lower than that of the control group and there excess syndrome groups before and after meal. There was significant difference statistically between them(P<0.05). There was no difference in different excess syndrome groups and comtrol group in average amplitudes of wave and frequency before and after meal(P>0.05). 37 patients examined with Gastroscopy and Helicobacter Pylore(HP) were studied. Results showed that:The amptlitudes of wave the superficial gastritis. gastroduodenitis and gastroduodenal ulcer has no marked difference. But the amplitudes of wave of chronic gastratronia group is reduced and marked lower than that of the above three groups before meal.(P<0.05). The amplitudes of wave of the group with hP positive reaction is higher than that of hP negative reaction and control group. The results of studied showed that:HP somewhat affects amplitudes of wave of EGG and is a cause of gastralgia. It somewhat enriches etiology and diagnostics of TCM.
